Self Care Routine

Some days it can be really hard to take care of yourself, but on the easier days you might find yourself having a routine you like to stick to. What's that routine like? What kinds of things would you suggest to others seeking a self care routine?

  1. When I’m having a really good mental health day, and have energy I like to get up and change my clothes and brush my teeth and be ready for the day. Eating a small snack or something as well. I will often plan in my head what I want to accomplish for the day. What I want to read or write or watch on tv. Self care is self love and self love to me is feeding your inner child, finding the things that bring you small moments of joy. Whether that be your favorite soda or your favorite book! -Jennifer Moderator
