I’m so glad that this is a thread!
My essentials are: A hoodie + puffer (this combo keeps me super warm!), Ugg boots really help keep my feet warm too! My last one is your mindset. I know that might sound silly, but having things to look forward to during the week and trying to go out at least once if possible, has really helped me!

Sherpa blankets are always my go to during the winter. They are super thick and help cut down on the cold airflow hitting my bones. Hoodies are what I live in during the winter months and even during the summer with the AC being on full blast. Heating blankets and heating pads, and Heat Holders for my hands help tremendously! -Jennifer Health Leader
