Staying Positive with SMA

  1. For me, I will always surround myself with positive mind people. Getting rid of negative vibes is so important for my mental health. I don’t want to be influenced by their negative vibes because it can bring me down - Ainaa, team member of spinalmuscularatrophy.net

    1. I try to keep going with meditative music and some seated asanas it helps alot for me to overcome my fears and negativity. view my bio to know more. Eating healthy is one of the most effective way to keep yourself positive.

    2. We all have choices everyday we wake up. Its what we do with those choices. Me, I always try to stay positive. I surround myself around positive people. Taking one day at a time. I will always try to change a negative into a positive.

    3. I try to keep positive by finding the funny in hard situations. It’s how I’ve honed a great sarcastic sense of humor. They always say laughter is the best medicine and I really have to agree.
