We all have choices everyday we wake up. Its what we do with those choices. Me, I always try to stay positive. I surround myself around positive people. Taking one day at a time. I will always try to change a negative into a positive.

I try to keep positive by finding the funny in hard situations. It’s how I’ve honed a great sarcastic sense of humor. They always say laughter is the best medicine and I really have to agree. That and Citalapram! Having a little medicine that helps me combat the bad days does wonders. - Jennifer Moderator, SpinalMuscularAtrophy.net
