Do you have smart technology that you find yourself relying heavily on in your day to day life?

  1. I do exercise about 2 to 3 times a week and after the exercise I am blown out. I found this massager helps a little with muscle soreness "Philips Massage Gun Fascial Gun". I am not saying it will help every one but I did get some benefit out of it. Awaiting to hear what others use.

    1. it’s great to hear that you’re staying active and have found something like the Philips Massage Gun to help with muscle soreness! It’s always inspiring to hear about what works for others. Exercising 2-3 times a week is such an accomplishment, especially if it leaves you feeling worn out afterward. Have you noticed any long-term improvements since using the massage gun?
